Hi experts,
I have a problem with my sap HANA license.
My instance is blocked and I have a valid license file but when i want to install it, i have this message :
Error while installing license key on systemId: S00
SAP DBTech JDBC: [436]: could not set system license: 5503: nameserver failed to process the request;ltt exception: Failed to install a permanent license.
My problem is that i could not find my installation and system number.
I did take a look on namserver.trace file but in all files, these numbers are set on in some "0".
How could I get the good installation and system number?
In Sap Hana Studio, these informations are set to "unknown"

Hi Shahab,
Please compare the SYSTEM-NR in the TXT-file you you received with the SYSTEM-NR of your HANA instance.
If they are not equal, replace the one in your TXT-file with the SYSTEM-NR of your HANA instance and try again applying the license.
