Hi guys,
We have one interesting issue concerning email notification when status of change request document is changing to "Successfully tested".
We have 2 different persons for Tester role and for Change Manager role.
So logically, email notification about "Successfully tested" should be sent to Change Manger email from Tester email.
However, this email notification is sending from Change Manager email address to Change Manger address (himself).
Could you please give some tips or ideas why this is happening?

Check your shedule condition. As I remember the sender of e-mail notification is the person that sets status in which your notification PPF-action is sheduled.
