Gateway is not working after patch upgrade

Hi Experts,

Need your help in resolving the issue. there has been an gateway patch upgrade to our DEV system where it has two clients 100 and 250.

now in client 100 it is working fine. but in client 250, it is giving me the following error.

Need your expert guidance in resolving the issue. Thanks.

OK Issue solved,, need to Re-Register the service and clear the cache memory once..
