BR0074W BRCONNECT call failed

Dear  Expert's

After Upgrade ERP 6.O  EHP6  to EHP7 the BRBACKUP finnish with warnning below :

BR0278I Command output of 'brconnect':

'brtools' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

BR0074W BRCONNECT call failed

We're using for backup with Dataprotector with BRTOOLS

OS =  Windows 2008

Oracle   Database Release = 11.2.0.3.0

Details Kernel release    742 patch level 300

Any sugestion for solved this warnning ?

Hello antonio,

Possible errors:

1st Check your br* exe available in kernel path and

Check the permissions.

Provide the error log.

Check the below things

- Check the permission on the brtools libraries.

- Check whether brtools are present in the SAP kernel directory or not.

Please share the brbackup logs for further suggestions,meanwhile please re-confirm correct permissions on the database tools.

Can you please show us with the brbackup log? I think this issue is related to os environment variable setting.
