Hi MGS,

No; messages have to be determined by the system.

Best way could be to determine your print message(s) according to some field value that you can enter manually into the Declaration - for example one of the "Additional Data" fields.  If the user needs that print, they can add the necessary  "code", then navigate to the Communication tab and find the message waiting to be executed.

Hope that helps.

Hi Dave,

I am curious what does the "manual post processing status" mean... in the icon highlighted in the snapshot.. This is seen in the item level screen in the customs declaration.

It appears as if manual post processing could be possible..

Thanks

Hi, Sudesh

Manual post process flag is to give you a block (red flag)for the customs declaration. It can block your further actions to a declaration. you have to manually release the flag if you want to do further actions.

Manual post processing is something which you would require to correct and resubmit the supplementary declaration.

Also, it depends on what sort and severity the error messages and you should be able to read the error text from the idoc log section.

In some cases, you may have to follow manual procedure to get them fixed with customs.

manual post processing for quantity changes should also have been checked in the control settings of the respective activity sequence, Thanks.
