Issues with Locking forecasts

Has anyone experienced the locking of forecasts at aggregated level in the hierarchy and having it change the lower level aggregation?  The issue occurred at the weekly level.  Our monthly forecasts get disaggregated to the weekly level based on an even split based on our fiscal calendar.  We experienced an issue in January where a forecast was locked at a monthly product code level.  When this was disaggregated into weeks all of the monthly forecast was placed into the last week of December.  Looking to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue.

It unlocks the planning area locks at database level.

If any locked data found during aggregation/disaggregation key-figures the above test program will start check the data.
