while assigning the firefighter id to the owners the firefighter id is not displaying in the search panel?

Please check the role which is maintained in the Configuration Setting i.e 4010 is assigned to the FFID.
Make sure you run synchronization jobs mean Repository Sync.
Execute GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC with corresponding connector.
Make sure connectors and connectors settings properly configured.
Check in table GRACUSER whether FFID is available in AC System or not

Did you confirm that the new Firefighter ID has the identifier role assigned? That would be easy to miss,

i have followed the below steps,
i have created the users with authorizations and have defined the ffowner and controller and i maintained the parameters 4000 as id based and in 4010 i defined the userid which i want to be firefighter id, then finally i did repository sync and while assigning the ffid to owner the id is not displaying in the search panel.
