Changeing Activity Duration

Hi All

I want to change the Start and End Activity duration of Process order in APO.

For example my Operation Activity Start and End Activity duration of Process order is 40 Hours.I want to change it 20 hours.

There is business justification for this.Please let me know if there is any solution available.

Hello,

In a production or process order, you change the duration of an operation that is integrated with APO by changing a standard value in R/3.

In APO has a source of supply, the fixed and variable duration defined there determines the duration of the corresponding activity. In master recipe you can define the correct operation duration

Hi,

You can change the Activity duration in R3 system. Go to your master recipe , and change the value

from 40 hours to 20 hours.

After doing this, re-cif the PDS.
