IDT --> Business Layer Creation | Do not see option for "Automatically create classes and Objects"

Hello Experts,

When I create a IDT Universe --> Business Layer directly on ECC ABAP Functions, I do not see below highlighted  option for "Automatically create Classes and Objects" in the last step.

Any idea on this issue.

BO version:

BO 4.1 SP5 EDGE Suite

are you creating the Data foundation on ABAP functions?

Yes, as part of IDT Universe creation on ECC 6.0

1) Connection creation  -- Worked Fine

2) Data Foundation creation - Worked Fine  ( Selected a particular, ABAP Function that was listed)

3) Business Layer creation - in this Process, I do not see the option that I highlighted above, "Automatically create Classes and Objects" . I clcik finish and the Business Layer is created.

However, when the Business Layer is blank. No classes and objects are automatically present. Unlike, in the usual approach, where we see the classes and objects.

Hi,

not tried with ECC but try with open the business layer and right click on the business layer name and see if you are getting insert candidate objects option.

The issue is resolved,

Created the relational connection again and published to repository.

And then created the DF and BL (business layer) again.

It showed the option this time.
