Hello!
I created a mail configuration which seems to work too good... Instead of one mail the system always sends 2 mails.
This is my configuration (including a XML2PLAIN conversion in the modules):
I am receiving 2 mails:
Content of the 1st email:
Content of ATT00001.xml:
Content of Untitled.txt (XML version of main document):
Content of the 2nd email (this should be the only mail I receive):
Does anyone know how to avoid the first email with the attachments?
Thank you very much!
Regards,
Christian
Hi Christian,
The behavior is a little weird, have you got only one receiver in your receiver determination or ICO object?. Have you check in the monitoring that the two messages really arrived from one source message?

Hi Christian
I guess there is one more communication channel exists for this same interface which has the option
XIALL .
Because of that you are getting the first email.
Search in ID and see if u can find that channel or not.
Thanks,
Indrajit
