Risk Analysis export performance in GRC 10.1 vs 5.3

Greetings GRC experts.  We recently upgrade from 5.3 to 10.1 and observed the following - ad hoc Risk Analysis reports exported to xls considerably slower in GRC 10.1 vs 5.3.  Any insight will be helpful if you experience the same.  Is this due to GRC 10.1 technical implementation of the same process?  Since 5.3 exported results directly to xls, and 10.1 is first exporting to grid?

Dear Gary,

there are two points to be considered:

• First, check the report file type to be changed to XLSX, which is faster than XLS.Therefore see note: http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1895372
• Second, it is possible to download the risk analysis with transaction GRAC_EXPORT_RA.
