Hi all,
I know that ERP - S-FIN scenario , SLT transfers transaction data and financila BAPI is called on target S-FIN system. Finally transaction data is stored in S-FIN.
My question is How about ERP(Non HANA) - S/4 enterprise(logistics) scenario ?
Since upgrading ERP(Non HANA) to S/4 is little bit premature, I want to transfer logistics transaction data from ERP to S/4 and want to use S/4 as a real time reporting platform.
Is it possible to transfer logistics transaction data( like sales order , purchase order ,,,etc ) from ERP to S/4 using SLT ?
Best regards,
Hiroaki Adachi
Hiroaki,
I think you need to compare the table structure in classic ERP vs. S/4H and if the one matches, you can do the replication. If it differs (I feel it does), then I would see no point in doing so. Also I am not sure if there is such a scenario to run two ERP systems in parallel... Do you want to just migrate the data? Then SLT might not be the only option
Cheers,
Dmitry
