ITS - Mobile in warehousemanagment (WMS)

Hi,

Im looking into the funcionality of ITS Mobile to be able to implement SAP WMS with the use of Portable barcode readers for a customer.

I have experience with SAPConsole but this tecnique seems to be no longer suported by SAP as off Netweaver versión 7.10.

The questions I have are the following:

- Does one still have to do the configuration in LE-MOB (Queue-management, Menus, barcode definición and usage)  if one is using ITS Mobile?

- If not, where are these configs done using ITS Mobile?

Hi,

It depends on which transaction you are trying to get on the device.

If you are using the main LM01, you will have to do configurations in SPRO ->'Mobile Data Entry'.

Here, you can define your own menu, point to your Z transactions for each item and define User Management as well. This, along with the generation of templates for each of every screen that is bypassed during the transaction. Refer thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3778185

Like SAPConsole, ITS Mobile helps you to connect the Mobile device with SAP with regard to other screen and Menu you still need to configure the same in LE-MOB. Refer the below mentioned existing thread (shared by ) for more detail
