GRC 10: Issue with Access Request Dashboard

Dear All,

We are facing an issue with Access Request and Access Provisioning dashboards in Reports and Analytics. When I tried to open these two dashboards system is showing an error message "The Flash control is not responding. Possibly the Java plug-in of the browser is deactivated or not installed."

In fact adobe flash player and Jave plug - in's are in place. Surprisingly these two dashboards are working fine in Dev system but not in Production.(GRC 10 SP16)

Please find attached screenshot and let me know what should I maintain to overcome this.

I assume it's due to the authorization as mentioned in the second note.
