MESSAGE_TYPE_X error is still showing after GUI upgradation

Hi all,

Our consultant was getting one ABAP DUMP named "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" . I searched in net and found that the error was related due to GUI. firstly the user's GUI was 7.3, and i upgraded it to 7.4 now. But when again the consultant came across the scenario, the same error is coming.

Please note that the GUI using now is 7.4.

Please help in this situation
