Why? If you know the answer, why should we figure it out? If you don't know the answer or you only think you do, you should at least indicate that and possibly "show your work" and what you would expect the answer to be.
Have you tried this in the system? What did the system calculate? Are you disagreeing with what it calculated? If so, tell us that.
Also, this contains a formula. How can we make a calculation since you didn't provide a lot size.
Lastly, please know that your posting was reported for failure to search. I'm wasn't convinced of that but on the other hand, I'm not really sure of your issue either.

Hi Craig,
I did figure out the answer, but unable to understand why a Physical Sample with quantity 1gm for operation 10 gets created even though the base unit is 0.6
currently, anything above 0.5 gets rounded off to 1 and below 0.5 to 0
I need to stop this rounding off but unable to find the relevant setting/config
I have checked and the UoM has been maintained correctly
Lot size is 160
I was able to find the issue
the insp lot qty. U0M is KG whereas base unit for the insp char used was grams
in CUNI, the settings maintained for KG was 3 decimal places
So, 0.6gm converted to 0.0006 KG -> rounded as 0.001 KG due to 3 decimal max, which in turn means 1gm
similarly, 0.2gm converted to 0.0002 KG means 0KG and that's why 0gm
