License Master - Pharma

I have a requirement for maintaining Customer Lic specific to pharma Industry. e.g. DEA number, State Pharma Lic, HIN Number, Public Health System Number. Currently it is maintained in Z Table. Has anyone have come across any other options for maintaining these Lic in Standard SAP. If yes, how? Can License Master functionality be used for this?

I know CRM has a solution, not seen anything in SAP.  Maybe try:-

I am aware of SAP CRM functionality.

Wanted to understand if License Master functionality (meant for foreign trade) available in ECC has been used by anyone to map DEA and State Pharma License?

Did you check FT configuration steps? I think you can add these license types and further add the license master in t.code VX01..VX05 (VX...).

But that will be just a place holder like Z table and will not have any validation attached to it. Am I correct?
