Get custom code and modification results failed - 0SM_CCLG

Hello Experts,

We are trying to analyze an upgrade to one of our systems via the Scope and Effort Analyzer of Solution Manager 7.1, we have setup CCM via SOLMAN_SETUP and tried to get the results. But we got an error during analysis that the cube 0SM_CCLG has no data for the system.

We are using Solman 7.1 SP 12 and the notes are updated before setting up Scope and effort analyzer

Can you check if Step 6.3 of custom code management in solman_setup is properly executed? If yes, can you check if the jobs that are scheduled under step 6.3 ran successfully?

From there we can know the cause of the issue.

Hi,

could you please check in the extractor framework if the custom code extractor has successfully extracted data from the managed system? Either call transaction E2E_EFWK_LV directly or jump into the EFWK via solman_setup --> CCM --> point 6.2 and search for system and *custom code* for this extractor. There should be 3 runs for your system indicating that custom code, enhancements and modifications have been extracted successfully.

If this is ok - please go to step 7.2 and check for the object collector run. Display the log - any issues?
