When I create a incident or service request and navigate a "My saved searches" appears this error, please help me.

Hi,

I hope there are some enhancements you must have done there.

Go to T-code SAAB.

Activate checkpoint group BSP_WD_EXCEPTION_DISPLAY

It there will be error further details will be appeared.

Or just go to configuration mode and see if there are any web ui enhancements there. If yes try to remove it and create that again.
