HPQC Integration

Hi Team,

We trying to integrate HPQC and solman.In that we trying to create  a logical port ,we are getting error 403 Forbidden and the same when we ping the webservice.When we try to connect the project to HPQC we getting unsupported format.

HI,

We have already worked on the note and still the error persist.In previous versions qc 10 we are not getting any error.We are upgrading to 11 and the error is there.

Hi Soundarya,

Error 403 means "forbidden", so, if you're pinging the webservice on the Solution Manager side, check that you're using a correct user and password, for that, you can change the user type to dialog and try to login with it.

If the HP QC webservice is the one, then check if the communication/technical users are valid, you can do the same test, use them and try to logon in the HP QC.

If any of them fail, you can check the steps to recreate and assign them again, the guides are available at service.sap.com/testing.
