Error after running demand sensing operator

Hi everyone,

I am working on the setup of a planning area for IBP demand and demand sensing right now. After running the demand sensing operator in Excel allways the same error message is shown in the log file:

For me this doens't look like a Problem within my Planning area, but rather like something related to authentication issus.

Can anyone help me out with this issue? I am grateful for every little hint and help

Hi Paul,

Can you check if the user is assigned the following front end and back end roles for demand sensing.

SAP_IBP_BCR_DEMANDPLANNER_T

SAP_IBP_DMDSENS_MON_APP

thanks for your response. Both roles are assinged to my user, so there must be another issue.

Hi Nikhil,

regarding the front end and back end roles for demand sensing. As I mentioned both roles are assigned to my user. I took a closer look to the roles and recognized that there are no authorization profiles mapped to the role:

Might this cause the error we get when running the demand sensing operator?

I believe so Paul.

Based on the error and snapshot provided, it seems anonymous access
