saplogon.ini error message with 1.4 SP13, 2.1 SP03 and 2.2 SP01

Hi all

When I try to upgrade to any of the later service packs I'm starting to get saplogon.ini related error messages. In the error dialog box, i see following 2 messages

saplogon.ini file does not have the correct format. See log file for more details.

The childDictionary for 'MSSRVNAME' already exists an entry for 'ITEM1'. Please check your saplogon.ini file

Then delete value in ini file and try. My ini file doesn't contain anything in thet part

Excuse my ignorance, but not sure what i would have to delete from saplogon.ini to try this. Could you advise?

hi Tammy - I'm not finding any option to attach a file; only video or image. I can copy/paste the content of the file, but it is quite big (91Kb). Could you advise best way?

On the right side under Actions there is an option to Edit your message - select Edit - then down below you will see a "choose files" attach button

Bart - Vladimir is right; there are two entries in the saplogon.ini file for MSSRVNAME - recommend you open saplogon.ini using Notepad, finding the duplicate entry for MSSRVNAME and removing it

hi Steffen - we don't use BOE at the moment. Only NW connection. So don't think this is the issue.
