Warehouse Task creation per HU in Picking from Bulk Storage

Hi Experts,

Picking Scenario per Warehouse Order based on HU one Warehouse Task should be created.

Configured the WOCR based on

Per for Item - One WO

Per one WO - Limits and filters are set

in Limits defined - Max WTs per HU is one

Packing profile also maintain, and packaging specification is set up at two levels. HU creation is at second level of pack spec as per quality classification of pallet.

But still the system is created one WO with one WT for all pallets.

Kindly suggest where my config is missing.

Hi Ramesh,

As per my understanding, your requirement is 1 pallet->1 HU->1 WT->1 WO.

If that is the case, It seems issue in WT, check the Packing Profile, Parameter -Split WT,use always split( B) .Activate the log for WT in tcode /SCWM/ACTLOG - Activate Application Log
