Hi All,

After That I got an error like PGP Internal Error - Exception Creating Cipher.

I have created .ssh folder in SFTP using winscp and in that i have created one file name as Authorized_keys in that I have saved SFTP public key.

Please find the error screen shot.

Vishnu, very likely Vikas is pointing you in the right direction, which is related to unlimited JCE. The URL provided is stated in SAP Note 1915999.

In addition to that, once you check and confirm that you do not have unlimited JCE, you can refer to the following blog on how to install it.

Hi Yeoh,

But previously PGP encryption is working.

Is there any relation between SFTP public keys and PGP keys.

Recently I have saved PI SFTP public keys in Success factors SFTP folder.

Is it causing this issue.

Shouldn't be. PGP and SFTP keys are mutually exclusive.

Hi Vishnu,

Just check that URL and let us know , if that URL give OK result only till 128 bits then you may need to update JCE following the link of Eng Swe Yeoh.

I can understand that you are startled with this finiding, but let us do it step by step.

Regards,

Vikas

HI Vikas,

Please find the below screen shot.

Actually this screen shot is from Dev, but we have issue in Quality. Recently I lost my access to Quality, Raised a request also.

I have doubt here ? like JCE is differ from Envrnmnt to Environment?

If it is same, what are the necessary steps..??

Yes, every environment needs to be separated installed!

So you should run the check in your QA system instead.

Hi Yeoh,

If it is same as Dev, What are the next steps?

As Vikas has mentioned, let's do this one step at a time! Let's have the finding for the QA system status first.

Hi Vishnu

This finding confirms that the error that you are facing is due to unlimited JCE was not installed on your QA system. The error is the expected behaviour in such a case, and not because of SFTP key issues.

For next steps, please follow the link provided in my first response to this thread for the steps on how to install unlimited JCE.

Btw, if your Dev system already has unlimited JCE, this would mean someone (probably from Basis team) already performed the installation and would be aware of the steps.

Make sure also that this installation is done in other systems in your landscape (Prod, etc).

Rgds
