Report' or 'follow' the incident that was created on portal

Hi All,

I would like to know that , Is there any way to 'report' or 'follow' the incident that was created on portal  7.31?

When a user creates an incident from through sap portal, How users can come to know the status of incident / back and look at the status of users incident,This of Kind of a reporting.

pls help me.

Hi Sam

you can give workcenter access to everyone ...reporter and processor

reporter can track or create their ticket and track who is working etc

processor can process/edit/work on it or solve them

you can refer incident management workcenter concept here

Hi Prakhar,

I have configure standard iview in sap portal.

Ticket in Solman from EP7.3 with EPSolman iView.

1) I want to know that sap did provided  standard iview for any way to 'report' or 'follow' the incident that was created on portal  7.31 from sap portal end.

2)  I know the link  for creation and status report from solman end but i want only lists of created incident status in .red mark only and also don't add by user field reported by with user ID in text box.Cn u ypu pls help

Hi Sam,

iview may not help you completely for your requirement but I suppose the real requirements can be met with Business Role configuration.

you can hide or customize the fields in search or search results as per requirements...refer my blogs which might help you further

Further it is upto you to decide how you would like to achieve but I would suggest to go for business role configuration for any interface related requirements.
