Our system Inventory ID-s that have qty on hand 0 go to archive.
Is there any way to get them back?
Or stop archiving inventory id-s?

No, it is not possible.
Development team has been considering such enhancement for future.

There was a fix to prevent archiving of Inv IDs loaded to active slots of Slot Configurations for the case of time-based assembly. Otherwise, fully consumed Inv IDs should be archived.
BTW this validation is executed only if the system rule "Archive Component When Parent Archived" is set to true.
