Hi Experts,

I am facing the problem to open the attachment in DMS

File c:\TeMP\_XXXXXX.pdf cannot be created

User1 is having all authorization like SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW this user can attach the documents and open the documents

BUT for User2 authorization full is given only for CV01N, CV02N, CV03N, CV04N

C_DRAW_MUP

C_DRAW_STA

C_DRAW_TCD

C_DRAW_TCS

C_DRZA_TCD

But user2 is unable to attach the document and unable to open the attachment,

Please Help me as fast as possible.

Hello,

Please check whether the user has read & write access to the folder C:\temp. If yes then check whether the server is run or not.

This could actual cause of the error.

Hi,

Please check the DC20 settings for this should have c:\temp or c:\tmp. which will store document in C folder.

Please check the document in C folder and temp file as well this would not have the extension.
