How to maintain the fixed length for each line in a file

Hi Experts,

My scenario is like xml file to flat file. Our client is asking the requirement like we need to maintain 80 character length in each line of the file. If data is coming more than 80 characters from source, also we need to take up to 80 characters only. Is it possible with File content conversion? If possible please let us know which parameter we need to use in File content conversion.
