Problem SPROXY

Hello,

I am facing problem while generating proxy.We made an upgrade PI to 7.4.When we geneate proxy, we didn't get grey icon :

Any idea please ?

execute SLDCHECK transaction in ECC.

check whether the below RFC maintained in ECC.

SAPSLDAPI, SAP_PROXY_ESR and AAE_XXX.

XXX is your system ID.

In SLDCHECK, all seems ok.Also for the different RFC connections; all it's OK.

check if your outbound service interface is active and also check the message type too.

Is it sync/async interface ? how many message types/external definition do you have in your service interface ?

If you see the screenshot, tHE PROXY is not in green color, even if I try to regenerate it.It's always in grey.When I execute the senario , I have the error :

Hi Mou,

• The grey color is right one, older versions you can see it was green color but newer version the color is grey only.
• CPA exception you dont have the ICO for this service interface in PI

Thank you for your answer.For the ICO, I just folowed the classical configuration wich work perefctly in SAP PI 7.1, without using the ICO .

Hi Mou,

I remember your previous thread you mentioned that your global configuration of integration engine in ERP is pointing to adapter engine instead of integration engine, so you need ICO for this otherwise change global configuration to integration engine.

Another option is to add additional IS_URL parameter which points to integration engine RFC destination just for this interface.

Refer to page 5 & 6 but in your case , you need to point to IE RFC.
