SAP Credential Manager login

Hi,

It has been a month since I successfully wrote my SAP certification and today I got my SAP certificate through mail. But I have not yet received the email with userID and password to login to SAP Credential Manager. I just got the email with the updates on my profile and with information that I will receive the email containing userID and password within 2 weeks or so.

How many days would it take generally to receive that email?

You will need to contact the SAP support contact available under training.sap.com for your local region and check for the status

They should be able to create a request internally to resolve the issue

Hi Pallavi,

I passed my certification on 14th Nov and I received email from SAP Credential Manager on 20th Nov.

But I guess it varies from time to time, as long as you received notification email, should be ok.
