Reorg of compressed table using brtools

Hello All,

We are planning to do online table reorg for the following compressed tables EDIDS, EDIDC, EDI40.

Please confirm whether we can do online table reorg for the compressed tables.

Could you please shares to do the same .

Hi Subb,

Please refer to SAP note 646681. It is regardless of compression, so you can do online for those mentioned tables as well. You should first run the reorganize on the testing system to see how much performance gets decreased.

What is the data type in database for table EDI40?

desc SAPSR3.EDI40

Generally you can do this, but raw may reorganized to lob by brspace.
