disable editing of delivery address details in shoppin gcart

hello experts!

Is there any customizing way of disabling possibility of editing details of delivery address of shopping cart (and PO)?

Users should only be able to choose from available address numbers and field data attached are for display only.

will this also extend to UI Add-on display?

Hope to receive any input from you all.

SPRO: SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) > Configure Field Control > Configure Control for Fields of Substructures > Metadata for Fields of Substructures and Table-Like Enhancements

Use Set Type '07' and Set Subset '00000027' for both object types and for Set Level (header and/or item)
