HANA services issue - webdispatcher not running

Hi experts,

Two of my HANA services have been facing some issues you may help me solve. As I'm new at hana, I don't know why they started failing.

Below is a screenshot of my services status.

• I've tried to restart webdispatcher service but i get the following error code: "SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: service or host or port is not found"

Looking at my trace files I can see the following logs:

• This is the current configuration for webdispatcher.ini

• I also tried restarting my instance with root user through ssh with no success.

Solved!

Renaming webdispatcher.ini and starting the instance again did the trick.

Hi Mayco,

Could you please give a little bit more info? Did you only renamed the webdispatcher.ini file on OS and did nothing else? Does it matter the new name of the file?
