ship to address in SC

Hi,

can any one say if it's possible to enter the ship to address other than maintained in system. we are on SRM 5.0. when any other adreess details are entered in the name field and any other fields in the ship-to details, system message Partner SHIP-TO-ADDRESS not found appears.

Hi,

Yes, it is possible in SRM50 to enter manually (SC) a ship to address that was not created with the menu.

Hi Yann,

but system doesn't allow to enter anything in the fields in the Ship-to-address details. when entered, the message SHIP-TO-ADDRESS partner not found appears..is there any note to be applied.....i found one note that belongs to SRM server 5.0. but we are on Server 5.5.

Hi,

Please check :

1- your PPOMA by running TA BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE -> all light should be green !

2- check your user via TA users_gen and if necessary repair it

PS : i do have SRM50 and don't have any issue like yours

Hi

As Yann told, Please ensure that the user creating the Shopping cart is consistent and the same for the Org plan (using PPOMA_BBP - Consistency check).
