Fiori App forward issue "No recipients found"

Dear all,

I have seen numerous threads about this issue but any solution tried did not worked.

We have created a custom workflow for PO approval and everything is working fine. The standard task TS20000166 is used in order to find agents etc.

However, if the user tries to forward the work item to another user, the error "no recipients found" appears.

The task has been set as "General Forwarding allowed" and possible agents (based on Role) have been assigned.

Can you verify if you have followed exactly the steps given by Masa in this post ?

Hello Ali,

PO approval WF works with the configuration of the release strategies to determine the possible agents. If more than one user is configured to receive the task, then all of them should see it in their inbox. This means that all of them are potential ownsers.

If you work with the Business Workplace through SAP GUI, you select the workitem and click on the transmit button (an envelope). A new window appears and there is a button to see the potential users. You should see the same users here than in Fiori. The difference is that the Business Workplace allows you to transmit the workitem to any user if you know the name, but in My Inbox you can only do it to potential owners.

This has sense as you don't want to publish the list of users in the system.
