Process order exist in CO09 with 0 required qnty after release state

Hello Gurus,

In CO09 screen we have process orders present with 0 req. qty.

These Process orders are already released and it should not present in CO09.

this is not causing any problem with planning but it is messed up the view for user to see these orders with 0 qnty.

If we do TECO then only it is not apperaing in CO09 but making all order to TECO is difficult task for users.

So could you please help me to resolve this issue.

Helllo,

Check if these orders are also appear in MD04,

Also in process order "Delivery completed" indicator is sets the DLV status (I0012 Delivered)

Thank you for the Infomation!!!!

NO!!! We dont have these orders in MD04.

But the orders are already released so it should be removed from the CO09.

Please share the screen shot of your process order?

Does order have Delivery completed" indicator set and DLV status?

Does order appear in product view RRP3?

Release order will be there only DLV and TECO order should not be there.

Hi,

PLease find the attached screen shot of process order.

Orders are in REl state.

But i can see many process orders are in REL state but all are not visible with 0 qty.

Yes!!!DLV and TECO order are not der but it should not be der with REl state as well.

As per the logic after teco it will be removed.But i have seen many caases with REL state it does not appear in CO09.

Please cehck and help me if you have any solution.

Hello,

In your process order Good receipt  tab Good receipt indicator is active?

Also check scope of check of these process order Incl. production orders = X Take all production orders into account is set
