Hi Team,
We are doing SAP NW 7.4 SR2 installation with Oracle 12c on AIX 7.1.
Installation stopped on “Deploy Java Components” phase every time and we have stopped all SAP related services and Started again.
At the time of starting we are facing memory related issue and Installation struck in Deploy Java Component phase itself.
Kindly help this, logs and screenshots attached herewith.

Hi Arun.
On AIX OS level any ports are getting conflits?
Check this SAP KBA 1891477 error exception "com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.P4IOException"

Hello Arun,
Can you please run the command niping -v- H 10.105.109.118 and provide the output?
Additionally, can you check if the port 50004 is free? Please, run the command netstat -anp | grep 50004 and provide the output.
For the last, check if the property bindHost is set to the correct host, as describe in SAP note:
609603 - Problems with Multiple NICs and SAP J2EE Engine

Have you set the ulimits as per the recommendations? Set the ulimit parameter for the ora<SID> and <SID>adm user to unlimited as suggested in the SAP note 323816 - AIX: User limit settings.
It looks like machine does not have sufficient memory available. First do a quick restart of the server. You can use smitty to set them to unlimited.
Restart the Oracle database. If the database starts without issues then launch the Configtool and see if it comes up and if yes then restart SAP Java stack.
If SAP fails to start then post the logs from the work directory.
Hello Arun,
Thanks for the output of the commands.
In the output of the niping command I could notice the reverse lookup is not working for your IP. Please, ask to your DNS team to configure the reverse lookup accordingly.
If the issue still remains, provide the output of the following commands:
niping -v -H BLRSAPEPC62
niping -c -H BLRSAPEPC62 -S 50004 -O (the last letter is a capital 'o', not the number zero)

As already mentioned first adjust user limits according to SAP Note 323816 - AIX: User limit settings.
Additionally suggest you to follow SAP KBA 1857521 - SAP JVM crashes due to native memory allocation issues
Hope this will help you.

Hi Arun,
Have you checked with following from the log file mentioned.
# The system is out of physical RAM or swap space
# In 32 bit mode, the process size limit was hit
# Possible solutions:
# Reduce memory load on the system
# Increase physical memory or swap space
# Check if swap backing store is full
# Use 64 bit Java on a 64 bit OS
# Decrease Java heap size (-Xmx/-Xms)
# Decrease number of Java threads
# Decrease Java thread stack sizes (-Xss)
# Set larger code cache with -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=

Hi Arun.
1. Have restart the full system and then check the same phase?
2. Check this SAP KBA 1868308 - Deployment error with "Could not establish connection to AS Java on [P4://<hostname>:<port...
