SPLASH/BUILD site too slow on EDGE mircosoft Surface pro-3

I am experiencing incredibly slow response of SPLASH experience site on Mircrosoft EDGE running on Surface Pro- 3.

Did any body else notice the same ? would like to listen if you have found the same.

I am finding that when I initially load Build it works fine but then progressively gets slower and slower to the point that it is unworkable. I have to close the browser tab and reopen Splash in order to be able to use the tool again. (I am using the Chrome browser - latest version)
