Electronic Invoice for Colombia

Hi guys,

Regarding electronic invoice for Colombia, the government has released a decree that now the electronic invoice process will begin to be mandatory by 2016. Reading some blogs and also government information there are some companies already in place for a pilot Project to do this implementation. Does anyone know which are these companies or where is possible a list we can check o the ones in this pilot Project?

Besides, is there anything from SAP regarding OSS notes or standard solution for this process?
