Hi Anjani,
A few services related to app, launchpad, UI2, are not activated.
check all the services again.

this error is not related with sales order creation. even i am getting same error while adding group and catalog.

Hi Anjani,
Clear your server cache by:
Transaction: /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP on Gateway
Transaction: /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on Backend and Gateway
ICM - Transaction: SMICM Menu, Goto -> HTTP Plug-in -> Server Cache ->
Invalidate Globally
Run Report in Se38: /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES. This clears caches for
Fiori launchpad and other UI tools.
Run the report /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE. Make sure there is no error in
the table /UI2/CHIP_CHDR
Run the report /UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP.
After running above all steps, clear your browser cache and try again.
If the issue still persists, try to provide the logs from /iwfnd/error_log.
Thanks,
JC
Did you solve your error? We experience the same problem from time to time.
I suspect it to be related with CSRF and in our case with an DNS alias. The client request the page from x.mycompany.com but the server has an other internal name, answering with y.mycompany.com.
A System Rename could maybe fix that, but for now I was afraid to go down that road.
You could also check if disabling CSRF on node "/default_host/sap/opu/odata/ui2/interop" (~CHECK_CSRF_TOKEN = 0 in GUI Configuration) would eliminate your problem. However, that would probably not be advisable for production use.
Let me know if you have any other findings regarding this problem.
Cheers
Jens
Thanks for coming back on this. I raised an incident in the meanwhile. I strongly believe that the problem lies within certificate based authentication, CSRF and maybe the way the auth takes place in our environment (iOS devices on iOS 9 - we didn't have the problem on iOS8)
Maybe It's wort the while for you to also open an incident at SAP. Will keep you updated if / when there's a solution
No, I'm afraid. Still being in the process providing meaningful logs as reproducing the error on SAPs own system was not possible and using our infrastructure via sap router would not work, because the issue only occurs when a client certificate is used.
If you have the same error, I would encourage you to open an incident and maybe provide link to our incident "137206 / 2016"
Many thanks and kind regards
Jens
