I have a delivery that was created & all the totals are correct on the line items but the total weight is way off. The correct total should be 94.57 but the total shown is 254.58. Does anyone have a suggestion? I have looked through the notes but cannot find one that seems to apply. Any help would be appreciated.
Vicki u need to calculate the gross weight at header level yourself based on ure specific requirements .
You can put the logic in USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAK of SAPMV45A program

Hi,
The system calculates the gross weight for each item by multiplying the
delivery quantity by the gross weight per sales unit from the sales
order. If there is no related sales order, the system uses the gross
weight from the material master record.
Hope it helps
Thx

Looks like an conversion problem in material master 'additional data ' click on 'unit of measure' tab page. If te problem still persists. Do revert back.

Hi Vicki,
check the unit of measure and the sale unit and also check the additional data in the material master for the unit conversion.
you might get some clue from this.
Hope this might help you,
SriRam
