Hello Ambarish,
this Enqueue monitor structure cannot be really used to monitor locks. The information in this monitor is updated every 5 minutes, but if you look at the enqueue statistics in sm12, the enqueue information changes much faster than every 5 minutes. Currently RZ20 does not have a proper possibility to monitor locks, it is too slow for sm12, it will not catch all situations with the locks reaches 80%. The enqueue monitor you have mentioned is nice, but it cannot be really used to monitor enqueue statistics.
Please take a look also at KBA:
1935972 - Proactive lock monitoring in SM12 through RZ20 (CCMS)

You can check this SCN Wiki:
http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/lgYUGg
it describes, how to define threshold values and assign a central autoreaction in this enqueue monitor. But please keep in mind, that not all error situations will be catched in this monitor.
Hello Ambarish,
The material that you've requested exists on the CST wiki page:
Cheers,
Ian
