MDM/SRM Integration error on UofM & Product Category

Hello SRM/MDM Experts,

We have upgraded our system to SRM 7.03, SP10, along with upgrading MDM to 7.10.11, SAP NW 7.4 landscape.  The MDM configuration has been updated.  However when the items from internal catalogs (MDM) are added to the shopping cart in SRM, Unit of Measure & Product Categories are not coming over.   Kindly see attached file for the error and OCI mapping.

I have tried selecting one by one available options, without success.  Kindly confirm which setting needs to be updated to resolve this issue.

Hi Nisha,

Could you capture a trace of the data being transmitted from the MDM catalog to SRM using the HTTP watch tool or similar http sniffer and provide this as an attachment here so we can see what is being transferred from the catalog in the first place.

Hello Jason,

Thank you for responding to my inquiry.  SAP incident support has helped us resolve this issue, apparently, the original mapping for the product group was stored under product category description field when SAP reviewed the MDM repository. The same was true for UofM.  We had to map MDM fields to UofM & Product Group description field. The items from MDM successfully coming in SRM now.
