Hello,
I want to close multiple Change requests in CHARM. Instead of going through each Change request - Action - Confirmed and closing the change request.
Is there any simple way to close multiple change requests at the same time?
Hi Wendell
yes you can use the report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT and also check below.
you can also have a job with above report variant to do the same.....this should resolve ur issue
Thanks

Hello Wendell,
You can use report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to manually set the next status value for any Change Document/Request For Change/Incident.
You can also trigger a job which automatically close all CDs/RFCs.

Hi Wendell,
You can use program CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to manually set the next status for a Change Document or Change Request in CHaRM, assuming you have documents that are in an inconsistent state and you cannot change them.

You can also use this report to import all changes at a scheduled time, into the follow-on systems.
