Is GRCPINW component not required on GRC Main system, to implement FFid on GRC system itself

Hi All,

FF id needs to be used for the GRC system itself. But my GRC main system(where GRCFND_A is installed) does not have the node GRC(plug-in), in SPRO. I think this is required for the EAM set up, via installation of GRCPINW. Could you share your views.

If you plan to use SAP Access Control to manage the GRC instance itself, you need to treat it like any other target system.  When you add the PlugIns to any target system, this is how the SAP Access Control program knows how to read the target data with for the most part is NetWeaver.

In the GRC instance, you only need to install the GRCPINW plugin for SAP Access Control.

On an additional note, you will then should decide how your firefighters will access the EAM launchpad (assuming your GRC Version is 10.0 SP10 or higher or 10.1).
