Default Layout in QE51N

Hi, I am trying to set a default setting of column layouts in the general tab of transaction QE51N.  I have gone into the blue/yellow/white "Configuration" button in the upper right and created a Variant with several columns being invisible.  However, every time I access QE51N, the columns revert to the system default and I have to go activate the variant manually each time.  Please tell me how I can make this a default and can it be made as the default for all users as I want all of my users to the see the same set of columns when they run QE51N.

Hi Trevor,

You just need to set your variant as default. In variants menu, select manage variants, then select your variant name and make it défaut using the upper right button.

Additionally, to make your variant available to all users,  you need to uncheck the option user-specific when you edit your variant.
