How to uncheck "comments Mandatory" for more roles at once in GRC?

Dear Mitesh,

there is no functionality available. Role update and role import doesn't support this field.

I don't officially recommend but if you wanna do it automatically you can change field GRACROLE-COMM_MAND in the tables directly (but this is neither supported nor recommended) with the help of an ABAP program.
