Is there a configuration in GTS ,customs declaration to get the messages in the communication tab, to be auto synced within the - services objects attachments.?

Shilpa,

Check archiving settings in the respective ppf action associated for the forms.

You should have the right archiving object mentioned and once that is done correctly, any time you process the form from the respective declaration will be archived and displayed here. Thanks.

Hi, Shilpa

As Dave said, there's no configuraiton to do this. But you can write your own code to insert the messgae content to attachment when the message is executed successfully. you can consider about the function module like : ARCHIVOBJECT_CREATE_TABLE ARCHIVOBJECT_CREATE_FILE  ARCHIV_CONNECTION_INSERT . I didn't implement those changes, but I can see it in our GTS system. Hope it helps.
