Dear Community,
We have a Solution Manager set up to handle VAR ITSM Activities (Incident Management).
I have been searching for a process to deactivate customer information in our Solution Manager when the customer leaves us as a VAR customer. Our System is still populated with the customer information (S-Users/Installations/Business Partner information/and so on...). Threre is all sorts of information to set up the new customer, but none to deactivate an existing customer that is no longer part of our partner services.
Is there any best practice for retrieving all the necessary information and deactivating it (locking users, marking as archived, and so on...)?
