Customization of Execution Report in CBTA

Hi,

I'm trying to customize CBTA execution reports.

Default we get a HTML report after the execution in a pre defined format given by SAP. Is there any way through which we can customize these reports like we can add images, logo or remove and add data?

Through local temp files that gets created after execution I'm able to modify single HTML report for one execution by modifying LOG.XLST and ReportLog.XML files , is there any way through which we can make changes globally , so that all the reports getting generated automatically after execution will be in desired format.

Hi Pragya,

HTML report creation is control by the "CBASE_Foundation_Reports.vbs" file in CBTA CBASE.

You can control what details is displayed in HTML report through this file.

You can modify the code in this file and customize the HTML report structure.

As this file is provided by SAP as part of standard CBASE, its recommended that you should not modify this

But its is still worth doing some analysis of this vbs file.

We can customize reports  by writing the custom functions to add  data ,verification points etc
